All official communications from to2888 will be sent to the email address registered to your Account, and you are responsible for monitoring that email address regularly.
to2888 supports multiple deposit methods tailored for Indonesian players, including major local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). To the maximum extent permitted by law, to2888's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is less.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire balance (subject to any pending wagering requirements). Upon termination of your Account, you will immediately lose access to all Platform services. Any pending bets will be settled according to normal procedures. Bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited. to2888 reserves the right to retain your personal information as required by law even after Account closure. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations to to2888 that existed prior to termination.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. to2888 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee (typically Rp 50.000) on dormant accounts with remaining balances. Accounts dormant for 24 months with zero balance may be permanently closed.
These Terms and your use of the to2888 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of to2888 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure. Contact our customer support team with full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. If the matter remains unresolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to management review within 14 days of initial complaint.
If internal dispute resolution fails to resolve the matter, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the Indonesian Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be conducted in Indonesian or English, at the choice of to2888. Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration.
You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against to2888.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
